We have entered into a definitive agreement to merge with Simmons First National Bank. We feel this partnership is a good fit for both organizations. This merger will provide Liberty Bank customers with more products and services than we’ve ever been able to offer in the past. We are excited to be able to meet your banking needs even better than ever before with the same great staff you’ve grown to know and trust.
For now, it is business as usual. Liberty Bank will continue to operate until the merger is complete. The merger is scheduled to take place in the first or second quarter of 2015, pending regulatory approval. The associates who help you with your banking now will be the same associates who help you in the future. Our goal is to make this transition as seamless as possible and provide you the exemplary customer service that you’ve grown to expect from our organization.
