Standard Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:30 am. - 6:00 pm., alternating Saturdays 9:00 am - 12:00 pm.; Averaging 40 hours per week.*

Department: Retail

Reports To: Retail Location Manager

Liberty Bank Tellers are responsible for handling customer transactions and requests in a courteous and professional manner while providing prompt accurate service. As the first point of contact for the majority of our customers, each Teller is accountable for creating a positive service experience; addressing the financial service needs of our customers and promoting the use of our bank products and services. They will maintain security of assigned cash, balancing each day's transactions and verifying cash totals.  In addition to the standard teller duties, this individual will also be cross-trained to service customers as a Personal Banker.  Tellers should be able to operate a 10-key machine, personal computer and other standard office equipment. Prior customer service and banking experience is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalency is required.

Department: Customer Service

Reports To: Customer Service Manager

As a point of contact for bank customers, Customer Service Associates must take ownership and responsibilty for the delivery of outstanding customer service accurately and effeciently. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, completing transactions and service requests, and identifying new customer opportunities by promoting bank products and services. Additional tasks include recognizing, investigating and solving customer problems and issues with accounts. This position provides operational support to location sales and service staff as well. Prior customer service and banking experience is preferred. A high school dipolma or equivalency is required.
