Job Title: Teller Supervisor

Standard Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 am. - 5:00 pm., and Saturdaysas needed 8:00am. -12:00pm., averaging 40 hours per week.*
Reports To: Retail Location Manager
Liberty Bank Teller Supervisors provide leadership, direction, supervision and training to retail teller staff. They promote a positive experience for bank customers through the consistent delivery of quality customer service, actively participate in service/sales promotions and coaches location staff to meet/exceed service and referral objectives. Teller Supervisors will monitor workflows and schedules to meet operational/productivity demands and customer traffic all while ensuring adherence to bank policies and internal controls. Teller Supervisors should be able to operate a 10-key machine, personal computer and other standard office equipment.
Applicant must have at least 2 years of prior banking experience; Supervisory experience is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalency is required.
