The minimum value the Gift Card can have is $15 and the maximum value is $500.
The original value of your Liberty Bank Gift Card will be printed on the card carrier. You can also check your balance online at https://www.consumercardaccess.com/main/therisingstar/Home or by calling the number on the back of your card, 1.417.888.3000. Make sure you have the 16-digit card number and the 3-digit code on the back of the card.
No. If the merchant tries to run the card for a dollar amount higher than the balance available, the transaction will be declined. The merchant can run the card for the exact amount on your card and you will be able to pay the difference. Refer to the Gift Card Agreement for details.

No. Gift cards do not have ATM access.
Immediately report a lost or stolen card by calling 417.888.3000. If your card has been registered you will then be instructed to come to any Liberty Bank Location to receive your replacement card. Your available balance will be transferred to the new card, less a $15.00 replacement card fee that will be deducted from the card's available balance. If the balance is below $15.00 a replacement card will not be issued. See the Liberty Bank Gift Card Agreement for details.
You cannot use your card to pay for gas at the pump; however, you can pay inside and tell the operator the amount you want deducted from your card.
You can use your Liberty Bank Gift Card internationally at any merchant that accepts MasterCard®. Please read the Liberty Bank Gift Card Agreement for details on currency conversion fees. Some foreign merchants require a minimum purchase. Don't forget to purchase the card for sufficient funds to cover any foreign currency exchange fees.
A monthly maintenance fee of $2.50 will be charged after 12 months of no activity. If you still have a balance on the card after twelve months of no activity, your card will be charged a maintenance fee every month that a balance remains on the card.
Yes. The card's expiration date is indicated on the front of the card. If your card expires you are entitled to a refund of unused value via issuance of a replacement card as long as the card has been registered. See the Liberty Bank Gift Card Agreement for requirement details.
Return and refund policies vary by merchant. If you are entitled to a refund, a credit will be issued to your card. The credit may not be added to the available balance for up to seven business days.
No, the card is not reloadable. You can purchase a new gift card at any Liberty Bank location.
